There appears to be widespread equipment problems for the Volvo 2001 S60. I have 60,000 miles and have already replaced the Electronic Throttle Module (ETM) Brake Booster, Engine Mounts, and spring caps . What next?

tracs module and master window switch. after that the fuel door will pop off.

You might hit these soon

- cracked upper spring seat in the front struts
- jammed ECC fan

I read several people had a hole in the gas filler neck pipe from the metal braided ground wires wrapped around it.
