Hello to all and THANK YOU to anyone who reads/responds to this. I am a new/first time owner to a volvo 850. The radio asks for a code, which I got from my Volvo dealership. However...it doesn't work! The dealership doesn't know what I should do next. Any ideas? Thank you thank you thank you :liebe011:

If you are sure that you are entering the number right then maybe you have a different radio than was originally on the car. You may need to remove the radio and check for a serial number, then call the dealer and ask if it is the original radio. Just a thought.
