So ive got this 95 850 turbo and it ran extremely well the first couple months. then the alternator went bad and i replaced it myself. after this i was hoping to start it up to hear a beautiful roar but was dissapointed into realizing it wouldnt start at all. Im thinking its the fuel pump but im not sure. does anyone have any valuable info on whats wrong. or what i can do to find out? im extremely frustrated

You'll have to give a bit more info on this problem.

Why do you suspect the fuel pump? Can you hear the pump for a few seconds after key on (without cranking)? Does it fire at all? Do you have gas (stupid question, maybe!). Do you have fuel spray out the fuel rail when pushing the pressure relief valve (looks like the air valve of a bicycle wheel)?

Have you tried to read fault codes (and what were they)?

Could be a plugged fuel filter. How many miles/k?

ok well i havent ben able to work on it yet but im going to tomorrow thanks for your imput thus far. keep yall updated soon as i know something more. :beer:
