I need help identifying and fixing a very squeaky steering column on a '98 V90 wagon. Any suggestions?

Definately loud multiple squeaks as you turn the steering wheel, that sounds like it is coming from inside the car.

A little grease on the bushing where the steering column meets the firewall may help.

THERE IS A BRONZE BUSHING/CONNECTOR PLATE WITH A PIN THAT RIDES ON IT UNDER THE PANELS JUST BELOW THE STEERING WHEEL THAT NEEDS NON-CONDUCTIVE GREASE
