Not sure it that is the proper name, but was told that the thread inside the wheel needs to be
re-done in order for the lugnut to fit back in, and will cost 200, does that sound about right?

I don't know how much they are charged there.

But if the threads have diminished, I would have it replaced altogether instead of re-thread.
