Previous Volvos over the years 3 V70 T5,s 2 S80 T6,s each vehicle has had them same thing happen when they reach 3 years old. The Battery dies and has to be replaced. Has anybody had the same experiance. Hear in the UK a new battery for a T6 will set you back about £90.00. All comments appreciated.

:cat: Hi there. For what my remarks are worth to you-I always understood that vehicles in the UK required a fairly strong battery to handle your cold climate.

The T6 has seventeen computers on board (so I am told) and it needs plenty of power of ensure proper performance.

My car is 5 years old and done 55000 miles. Had to change the battery 3 times already. The first was free with the warranty though..
