i have a volvo 440 GLE and i am trying to install a cd player , i have already taken out the old radio, and tried to connect the old wired to the new cd player, but they do not connect with each other,i need to know how to get over this problem
thank you to anynone that replies and that can give me a hand

Aren't they standard ISO connectors? They were on my L reg 440 SE.

Have you tried to get the wiring kit from a stereo store to plug into the factory wiring?

Crutchfield.com is a great web-site. They have harnesses for just about every car. Just type "Volvo Wire Harness" in the search bar and you'll get four to choose from.
