With some great posts here, I was able to remove the fascia. However, I can't turn or pull out the climate control to get to the rear to remove the bulbs. Do I have to remove the radio as well (If so, I don't know the code if I have to enter it again). Any help would be appreciated.

Push the little tabs on the side of the radio and let them pop out. Then pull them to remove the radio. You can slide it out without unplugging it.
You can also stop by the local dealer with a copy of your REG. and they will give you the code.

Viperoneusa,
Take a look at the pics posted by BartoZ in the topic titled "Centre Console Bulb Replacement". After removing the facia, you will see that the climate unit is positioned in the console by a guide lug located at top centre and secured in place by four screws. Remove the screws, push the climate unit forward (away from you), and you should be able to move the unit enough to disconnect the elec plugs. One the plugs are disconnected, you can turn the unit 180 deg and remove the bulbs. You'll need a nose pliers similar tool to get a good grip on the bulbs.
Don't know if I'm too late with the post!
Good Luck!
