Need help on my V40 year 2000, the engine, winter, the forward arrow lights ( those just below the speedometre ) always on and off.

I took the car to SWEDISH MARQUE, they diagnosed that some parts need to be replaced. OK.

The parts -

1. oxygen/air intake module

2. the gear ratio module

There were no mechanical problems at all. Only on the electronic components which controls those two.

Now what I need is that, please help me on how to by pass, meaning I need not pay 4k for those 2 components. If that solution is nowhere near, how am I to get cheaper parts for the same two components ?
