I bought a cd player for my 940 and they tell me they have to bypass an amp, only thereafter i have to buy speakers as well because i believe they have a different ohm rating just thought i warn anyone out there what they are gettin into when buying a cd player.

Bypass the amp. and then just conect and go the speakers will be fine for a while.

Yea he told me they could do that but.... i planned on getting speakers eventually anyways
