Hi all, newie here. Am just about to purchase my first S40. Am torn between a 1.8 & 2.0 so any info greatly appreciated. Looking for average mpg figures as well if anyone can help.

Well i got my S40 at the weekend :D, 1999 1.8SE, metallic black, one previous owner, absolute mint condition and am thrilled to bits with it.

Have 200 miles done in 3 days and i've noticed for a big car it isn't that hard on petrol.
