dear tech, i have read about some engine wiring that goes bad or gets damaged on several forums, could you enlighten me on some of the common problems? and there locations?...thanks dan

As far as I know, it occurred mostly with the pre 1987 wiring harness's. They had faulty insulation that would dry out and crack/fall off. Caused many a headache. Your '89 Turbo should be relatively safe from this problem.
