Drives: 1986 240 DL
So my third brake light and highbeams together don't work. I assume it is a fuse but when I look at the fuse panel it doesn't say any fuses that haver to do with either of those things. Anybody have an idea?

Thank you for your help as I am new to this forum!

I think you have 2 issues.

The high beams is most likely the relay.

The third brake light check for power at the light.
