When i finally get to my destination i will turn the car off and get out, sometimes the key is HOT! Is this normal?? :unsure: :huh:

I would say so there really isn't anything in there to heat up the key.

Do you have ultra-violet tinting on the window screens? Since you live in Texas, maybe the sun was able to 'fire-up' directly onto the key.

Either that, or maybe I was just rambling...
