Does anyone know what can be done with my radio that is showing EEE on display? I had the battery disconnected and not having a code for radio messed it up! Help!! Thanks Mike.

I think you will have to leave it sit with the key in the 1 position for about 2 to 3 hours and wait for it to say code.

It shouldn't kill the battery unless it is old and weak.You can put a charger on it if you want.
