Drives: 1989 Volvo 740 Turbo
Well, a Volvo shop did find a hole in the main turbo hose, and I replaced it at a parts cost of $200. Yikes! Ironically, I am still having the same problem. I replaced the Fuel Filter, Fuel Line, and Turbo hose. Is cleaning the throttle body the next step? Is there a guide online about this process maybe with pictures?? :-) The Volvo repair shop quoted me about $120 to do it, is that a good price?

The dangling hose was for the cruise control, all better now.
