Just trying to figure out why my wiper delay doesn't work. Could it be a bad relay? The reguar (down) wiper speeds work. If I push the stalk up, nothing happens. Where is relay located?

I have a Haynes repair manual (not a good manual, don't buy one), and it says that from 1984 up the 240 uses a separate "interval relay",....earlier models have the relay integrated into the wiper motor. Chances are that means replacing the motor.
