Drives: 2002 Volvo V40 T4 2.0 Sport Lux



I have a 2002 UK model V40 T4 Sport Lux with factory upgraded speaker system and HU-605 CD/Radio/Cassette. My question is, will this system be completely pre-wired to take a CD autochanger?

If so, presumably I will find the wiring somewhere in the rear luggage compartment - but where exactly?

Electrics/audio are not my strong point when it comes to cars, so if not fully pre-wired then it is unlikely I would tackle the job.

Finally, if fully pre-wired then is it "universal" i.e. will that wiring fit any CD autochanger that I decide to fit, or am I restricted to models supplied via Volvo? Any recommendations on which system is best?
