Hey guys, I purchased a Volvo S40 T5 4 months ago and boy am I happy :) I always used to belived in normaly aspirated Toyota products but have to admit I am now a true BOOST convert. No more wild reving to get somewhere. A few questions if anybody can answere them:
1) Is the T5 intercooled and where does the intercooler sit on this car?
2) What make turbo's do the T5's use?
3) What type of boost do the T5's run?
4) Should one still idle the modern turbos down after a hard run? I do, in fact I used to do so with n/a cars as well.

1- I cant imagine it not being intercooled. Follow the intake pipes, in the S60 its by the radiator.

Gotta look into 2 and 3
