I have a 90 740GL and the dash, heater controls and shift lights do not work. I have checked the fuses and all seems well, is there anything that I am missing?

Have you installed an aftermarket radio in it lately?

There is a wire that is supposed to go to the dimmer on the radio.I forget what color.I think we covered this before. If you search you might find the post with the exact wire color. But some people cut the wire. But it needs to be connected to another wire the the rest of the dash lights to work.It might have come loose.
