My wife just came back from a trip and en-route, my sister-in-law "broke" the passenger window. It was already partially down and she went to lower it more and it made a popping sound and went down quickly and now won't go back up. I can hear the window motor but see no window.

Any ideas?

You will need to remove the door panel and inspect.
They have plastic slider blocks that break sometimes.
That will make the window not work.
