Hello

I need to replace drink holder in center console for a 2000 v40. My daughter put a Litre coke in it and that was the end of that.

It appears that I have to remove the cover (simulated wood piece) that surrounds the holder.

Thanks for any help

Hi,

My V40 does not have the drink holders. It has a storage box instesd. I wonder if anybody knows if it is possible to remove the storage box and replace it by a drink holder piece?

Thanks for your answers.

B.

It has been a while On the S/V 40 you will need to remove the console then unscrew the cupholder from under the console.

On the S70 pretty much grab and pull.Or you can look good with a flash light and you will see a tab on the top part of the insert. Then use a screw driver and slide it betwee the tab and the lid and slide it out.
