Does anyone know if the XC60 has tire pressure monitor? I don't think it has and I'll be surprised if the Xc60 doesn't have since Volvo is concerned abt safety then for a $50K vehicle it should be equipped with one. My japanese minivan was way cheaper than volvo but had one. Also, I didn't notice any engine temp gauge...how would you know if you are overheating aside from the fact that steam is coming off the engine?

Yes your 2010 XC60 T6 does have tire pressure sensors in all four tires and temperature gauge. Everything in the XC60 is electronic and doesn't show a warning message unless you have a problem. Read your user manual about all the features in your car.

Thanks for the tip...pretty sure it's equipped but just wasn't sure since no gauges. will check the manual to be sure.

Unfortunately there is no TPMS for the XC60 T6, at least here in Canada after verifying the warning symbols on the gauges (nothing found in manual as well) and I even spoke with the Service mngr from the dealership I bought my car from and he said that it maybe available in some markets but here it is not - he also said that maybe because Volvo hasn't found the feature to be worth the cost or not really a safety feature.

Wow, that service manager is quite dumb! TPMS is one of the best values as far as safety features go. TPMS is definitely a standard feature of all levels of the XC60 sold in the US. It is truly bizarre that they've removed it for the Canadian market. Another thread speaks about a feature that's available everywhere BUT the US -- opening windows by holding the Unlock button on the remote. I also read that the XC60 sold in Canada has three selectable suspension settings. Not the US models. Volvo has made some really strange decisions about feature availability in different geographies.
