Hi

As i said in the introduction area, i've recently bought a Volvo S40.

I'm thinking of putting in my car an 7" touchscreen in order to operate a carputer, that will have multiple functions (GPS, Cellphone, MP3 player, Parking camera etc etc etc...)


The problem is that the center console of the car doesn´t have a spot for the touchscreen.
Any1 has sugestions how to moddify the center console in order to install the TS?
I dont know if it is possible to make a custom center console with the buttons and knobs in a different place, making that way room to the touchscreen (touchscreen under the radio lcd)


If any1 has sugestion please tell me.

If you don't mind some heavy re-wire work, you can buy the GPS screen that fits as part of the center speaker (Premium sound option). You can wire just about anything into that ie.. GPS, DVD, Game Console, etc..
