Any ideas?

I assume you're talking about what looks like rust to me on the plug insulator and cylinder head?

It's not uncommon for someone to rinse their engine which allows water to get under the spark plug cover and into the plug holes then rusting. Enough water and you've got a nice misfire.

If you just wanted to show the oil at the spark-plug. I'd say its quite normal. If it doesnt look very wet, then live with it.
