I have a 95 Volvo 850.

On the throttle linkage is a screw used to hold something down, and I have forgotten whart went there. I hope someone can help me.

Can someone take a picture of there 850 Non-Turbo with the linkage cover off, so I know what attaches to that screw?

Really, you're looking too hard. It's just a loop strap that is probably hanging somewhere from your injector wiring harness. It just loops around the injector harness and bolts to that bracket for support.

I took a quick photo for you:

Yes, its the wiring loom for the injectors. And in the future, dont forget to bolt it. If COULD affect the TB rod operations.

It is the hook that holds all the wiring connecting to each individual fuel injector... it keeps the bunch of cables together I guess...I just did that myself the other day
