yeah i cleaned out the throttle body. well i think i took off the tube that lead to the throttle body and sprayed it with a cleaner but all of the cleaner leaks out and doesnt really clean it. is there a valve in there that is closed? also i do need to do this when the car is off right (stupid question). thanks

It would be best if you removed the throttle body totally.
It would also be good to clean out the idle motor. It is shaped like a cylinder and it is under the intake manifold. It has 2 hoses going to it.
