Thanks for Viewing my topic for starters!
To the problem at hand. I replace my FULL cooling system radiator, hoses, water pump, thermostat, res cap etc... all except for heater core. I got it all sealed up again without any leaks put a mix of 60/40 in it. Started it up ran it for a bit. Decided to take it down the road and it got HOT It never breaks over into the RED area but runs right under. It's becoming a big problem. I thought it might be head gasket but, tested not the problem. It's getting hot enough it caused my stock Ignition module to die. I replace it and drove it around some more and cause the new one to get hot and kill my car for a bit.
Long story to short can you please tell me how to get an air bubble out of a cooling system that is completely sealed?
Please if you have a heart send a reply!

First, I hope the thermostat has a jiggle valve and it's installed so the valve is uppermost to allow air to escape into the upper radiator hose. With the engine running, turn on the heater control valve inside the car and remove the coolant reservoir cap. It may help to squeeze the upper radiator hose -- use gloves so you don't get burned.

There should be a burb or bubbles visible in the coolant reservoir after the thermostat opens up.

If still bad, I suspect a bad thermostat. Did you check it in a pan of hot water before installing it? Does the upper radiator hose get hot? Does the heater put out hot air?

That would be negative Mr. I didn't check the thermostat. I did however do the rest just as how I knew how to. The hose out of the motor gets warm but, I can still squeeze it with my hand and not get burned. The inlet line to the pump is almost luke warm. That is what is making me wonder. With what you have said to me sounds like a faulty thermostat or maybe bad sending unit?

My upper radiator hose is 190-200 degrees F at normal operating temp, according to my laser thermometer. Too hot to grab onto. I would double check the thermostat.
