I have a 1995 940 Turbo Volvo Sedan and my brake pedal is not as high as I would like it to be. I've been told it just needs a rear brake adjustment, as there are no leaks in my system. How difficult is that and do I need a special tool? Thanks for any help you can give me!

i wouldnt know about adjusting the rear brakes because the pedal goes down too far...
... from that i would deduce that there is air in the system and it needs to be bled out OR your pads are near the end of they're life. Matt |

On some vehicles, if the booster has been replaced, the joint (normally a kind of clevis) where the pedal and the input shaft of the booster goes may be improperly adjusted. This is a long shot, and it's by far more likely that you have air in your lines
