My 2000 Volvo C70 Coupe has developed a problem with the passenger seat. The seat will no longer tilt forward when you pull up the lever at the side. No amount of pushing back and forth will shift it so all back seat passengers have to enter and exit from driver side...very annoying. The seat's electrics are working fine!

Has anyone else had this problem?

Probably the electronic microswitch located by the seat back hinge and bottom cushion. Lift the bottom leather out from the plastic channel to gain access. Common problem, many posts on the same problem. Fix is to reattach the spring so the switch works again. You can use a small piece of wire or a cable tie as the repair. Replacing the broken part with a new one from the dealership is also an alternative.
