Hi,

Does anyone know where the emergency brake adjuster is on a 1995 Volvo 960?

If so, how do I locate it?

There should be one in the center console.
Lift up the arm rest and empty it out.Then remove the cover you find at the bottom.You might be able to see a screw from there.It should be a big torxes.
If not the look under the car where the cables meet.I think there is one there also.
