Hi,

I'm looking for a C70 convertible owner in Southern California / Los Angeles area.

I've sold my VW EOS with a nice add-on installed called SMARTTOP. The unit offered top operation by key remote and one-touch open/close at slow speeds.

I'm now getting a C70 and asked the manufacturer for a module which is compatible to this car, they told me, that they need a car to adapt the EOS unit and that they are looking for somebody local (I'm in Europe).

They offer a free module incl. free installation in return.

Did you have any luck with this? I'm picking up a new c70 this week and would love one of those units as well. They make one for the Euro Focus cabrio, which I would think would be close enough for them to convert for the c70 fairly easilly.

Okay, I'll bite.
I have an '03 C70.
I live in San Pedro.
If I understand correctly, the company is willing to retrofit this product into my car as a "guinea pig," so to speak.
For doing this, they will not charge me for the product.
Is that correct?

I was under the impression that Richarde needed someone owning a 2nd Gen convertible, 06 and newer model.
