Drives: 2003 53 Reg V70 2.4T S (200bhp) manual with sports pack
Hi all

Drivers window powers up and down all the way with jusy one touch of the button.

Passenger window also powers down with one touch fine but you have to hold the button in to power it all the way up.

Is there any kind of reset that I need to do to make it work? My last se model did it fine but the one I have now is a 2003 2.4t s but with the sports pack.

Is it purely because its an s not an se or would something like disconnecting the battery overnight reset the ecu?

sounds like the button is on the way out. if you can push the button in a slightly different location and it goes down in one shot, the button is toast, get a new one. if it still doesn't go down, it might be the motor. i really doubt it to be the motor, it wouldn't work otherwise. i wouldn't try the ol' disconnect, you'll just have to reset everything again.
