Hi All,

My first post since I just found this forum while searching for answer, I hope someone can help me.

I bought an S40 (2g) a while back and I absolutely love it, no problems thus far except one really annoying one. As far as I can make out it does not effect the car in anyway but is just irritating to driver, the outside temperature reading on the display is sometimes correct but other times is just way off, the normal tendency is for the reading to be correct then whilst driving plummet below zero for no reason.

It stays at zero or below for a while then sometimes magically goes back to correct reading, does anyone have any idea why this would be so? maybe lose connecting at sensor, anyone know how I could fix this?
