Has anyone had this problem? It will go all the way down but only 1/2 way up. Any idea how expensive to fix?

it sounds like a problem i had on my 850, it seems the there is a bracket that holds the window straight broke off and bent so the window would go down but on the way up, it would veer off and close crooked. you had to hold the window level for it to close level. you will have to remove the panel and the motor to get to the bracket. since i don't have hands but HUGE paws (well, according to the mrs, anyway) i just removed the door and bought another one. if your hands are smaller, you will see where the bracket should sit and replace. good luck and post your remedy.

If you search through the C70 topics you will see that window regulators are one of the most nagging problems with our cars. There is even a post of me asking the same question almost two years ago. You will also find that it is about $900 +- to have it repaired.

Good Luck.
