I purchased 05 XC90 in PA and recently relocated to VA. My **** light came and took it to the local dealer here as it also needed state inspection. They advised me the code they were getting from the ECM was not covered under the CPO warranty and would have to pay $155 for the upgrade. My wife contact the dealer in PA and stated that it is covered under the CPO. Is the dealer here trying to rip me off?

Code: ECM-436B is all he told me..

Getting ready to call the SM.. Let me know quickly...

Thanks!!!

I advised the SM of what my dealer in PA said, and wouldn't you know it??? They covered it under the CPO... Now, it's due for 52.5K service. Can't wait to see what they find. Any idea on cost for the service? Figuring $150 or so...
