I've had to look at mine, and took the case off. It contains 2 relays & a diode-looks like a 1N4007 diode- abt 1A. I will go and buy 2 off 12V auto relays, one rated to 20A contact current, one at 10A contact current, a 10 pack of shielded crimp female connectors (Blue), a Diode (see above), 1M of 10A wire, and a connector block, 6 pin 3X2 spade. They will come as a pair, and I will only use the male side as I can't reach the female socket to replace it too. Wiring Diagram below, use doubled wiring for contacts on high current relay, which has the diode connected to it, and wherever possible, only have one or two wires in each connector. If one wire, use RED connector if possible. Do NOT thin wires to fit 3 into a connector, use a bigger YELLOW one if that is your need and they won't fit in a BLUE. ALL connectors MUST be insulated. Realys only need to use MAKE contacts, but Changeovers will do if Make only are not avail. break contact then to be ignored.

of course, these 'intelligent' posting devices don't let you create a real image, I'll try that again, as an attachment, after I refit my device with 12V relays instead of the24V ones I was given by mistake. A day lost, and an unecessary (?) fuel pump bought. No wonder she's on strike!.
