Well I finally broke down and purchased the complete E-Code light and signal setup off eBay. It was a simple install and was completed in about two hours. Now my turn signals blink super fast and i am not sure why? I have checked everything. All connections appear good. All grounds appear good. All bulbs are working. Any thoughs as to why this is doing this?

Are you sure that your front signals are really blinking...if only one signal lamp blinks, it blinks fast. I can't off hand remember what wires I switched, but when I installed my e-codes I rewired the marker/signal connector to get power to the proper bulb. I will check my connectors this evening and post, or if you have a wiring diagram, trace the circuit at the signal bulb.

The bulbs up front are blinking. I am not sure if it is the correct bulbs but I have blinkers on all four corners. They just blink too fast.

Are both front and rear blinking? It could be a bad ground wire.

I just said I have blinkers on all four corners. Not trying to sound rude but my blinkers worked fine until I changed the front. The rear shouldn't have changed by swapping out the front.

Here is a pic of the way the connector had to be rewired to work properly. Good luck.

I'll bet that the 'new' bulbs are a different wattage, and the car has a thermal flasher can, rather than a relay type (which are constant rate, and load independent). Thermal cans are good because they're cheap AND they change rate if a globe blows/bad connection occurs. So you KNOW when the indicators are faulty!!!!! They are marked with the correct wattages they are designed to work with. Not the best for towing tho'.
