Drives: 2000 Volvo V70 L5 2.4 L, 2435 cc, Gas
2000 Volvo V70 has been showing Electronic Throttle Control problems. ETC light comes on intermittently, but more and more frequently. Engine very rough when light is on. Goes off when engine turned off then back on as instructed in manual.

Problem getting worse. Need to get it fixed. Must I purchase a new one? Must find about if the recall I just read about applies to my vehicle.
