Hello-

Is anyone familiar with low beams don't work. Filament in bulbs look fine.

Is this a relay problem? If so where are they? I thought they were right near the bulbs or close to...

it is probably a relay or a fuse problem. i am not to sure on the 1995 models, but on my 93 the fuse panel and relay board are located directly under the radio, behind the ash tray fittings.
