Hi, searched the site but could not find much help on my AC issue.

Here it is. 2001 S40 has a very intermittent cycling of the AC on/off. Only happens about every few days and when this toggling does occur, the AC button light goes green/orange/green/orange and eventually the air blows hot, even with the button displaying green/active. After several minutes of hot air it decides to start blowing cold again until a couple days later.

Last time it was at the dealer they could not reproduce the issue and found nothing wrong such as low freon for example.

Someone has to have had this problem before...

When was it last regased? If low pressure is detected the A/C will turn off.
