Hello

The drivers side speaker stopped working the other day. I took away the grate and when I touched one of the wires it worked again, looking at it I see that one of the wires going to the membrane is loose, I can pull and push it and once it makes it's connection it works until I take my finger away.

Soooo, can this be fixed or do I need a new speaker? I know I have to drill out the rivets to get the speaker out and then use self tapping screws to put it back but can this be done with crazy glue or something?

if you have to do that, them you might as well replace the speaker unit itself with some better quality after market units. You can buy adapter plates as the front speakers aren't a standard size compared to ones these days.
