So I decided to check my temp sensor, while changing air filters and spraying the MAF cleaner into the AMM sensor. Here's what I found. The nail was jammed in there to keep fresh air only going into the engine. Just so you know, this sensor was replaced when the AMM was replaced with a new one 5 years ago for a price of around 600 dollars. Also noticed a "Remanufactured" tag on the AMM. Wish I had the reciept for this!!!!!(not that I could do anything about it)

Question is, could this be why I have a 2-3-2 Fuel system compensating for extremely rich, or lean mixture at idle??

A common thing people do is to completely remove the pre-heat hose from the airbox and cap off the hole. This is because sometimes the flapper will stick open allowing hot air in all the time and cook your AMM.

The drawback to this some marginal MPG loss and the potential of failing a visual inspection ....

The 2-3-2 is probably something else.
