Hi Guys,

Hope someone can help me out a bit here, i have a mot comming up in a few weeks and i just noticed my front Fog Lamp is cracked. Can anyone recommend a good site to get a replacement from my S40 is year 2000 but the newer shape.

Also would it be hard to fit it myself ?

I have seen a S40 the same year and instead of the fog lights it has covers kinda like a grill, i guess this would be a cheaper option but i havent seen these anywhere.

Hope someone can give me some insight i have tried sites like Eurocarparts but no luck.
Thx in advance for any help or info.

You could get blanking plates from Volvo themselves but if the car is fitted with fogs why not just replace the broken one. My car had a broken fog light lens and passed the MOT but im not 100% on if it should have failed or not(i dont think they test fog lights). I replaced it shortly afterwards anyway.
