Drives: 2002 Volvo S60, 1996 Honda CRV AWD
Hi...

Having this problem of hard brake in the morning after starting the car, requiring full force on the brake pedal to stop the car. But after the car has warmed up for 1-3 minutes the brake is normal. Decided not to move the car immediately after ignition, got to wait for 2-3 minute for brake system to normalised. Any ideas what cause this problem, need feedback from members who have encountered this problem before.
