I hear creaking coming from the rear of the car passenger side, when I back-up or when starting to move foward. Any thoughts?

It could be a shock absorber top mount, I lubricated mine (as a temporary solution) ages ago and its stopped the noise, try having/doing this or replacing the two rear shocks :)
