Im thinking of upgrading my halogen headlights to HID. im looking for brightness, quality and affordable, if someone has knowledge and experience with the topic and can direct me to where i should start browsing, i thankyou. and should i upgrade to the xenon h11 hid or the full d2r hid and of course the d2r upgrade would be more expensive.

looks like most members are the classic "volvo driver"

I got some xenon bulbs from ebay and they work fine, not sure if its actually brighter but I am happy with them. You just simply change them with the halogen ones.

PS - you need 55w globes so that you don't get a warning message on your console.
