Hi All

I've got a 1996 Volvo 850 CD Automatic Sedan and according to the stereo book the premium single CD stereo. My issue is that the CD player doesn't work - whether that's because its quite old and needs replacing or if it's just a simple fix and also that (I'm pretty sure it's likely to be wiring) the speakers on the right side of the car don't work. Has anyone had similiar problems and if so, what did you do about it?

Cheers guys this is a really good forum. I jumped on due to the odo not working and am going to tackle that fix once I get a kit for a Kilometer rather than Mile car.

I'll just add on the side, what oil is best for the engine?

There was quite a long thread in the archive on how this was accomplished by a member here. Try and search for that post.

As for the speaker, it happened to me, and i just got a spare unit from the salvage yard, and replaced it. Cheap and simple.
