Hi. I hope someone can help me. I havent owned my 2001 v70 2.4t wagon long (my last car?) although i did own a volvo years ago (my first car). Although i adore my car now, I have been having an awful time with messages, check brakes, sts, position marker, and after i turn the engine off and then back on, the messages disappear; only to suddenly reappear on later car start-ups. I think there is a short somewhere or could my parking light bulb be out and fouling up all the other messages? Also, sometimes the moonroof just wont close or the interior lights wont turn off, or the door locks wont work. This is perplexing to say the least. Does anyone know what this means?? I cant find anything about goofy messages appearing in any of the literature or online. thanks so much.
