Location: cal, u.s.a.
Drives: 2000 S80 / 2000 V70
I have a year 2000 V70.

My driver side seat belt sometimes won't retract out of it's housing. DOes anyone know how to fix or troubleshoot this issue? ALso, I may need to replace, anywhere I can get parts besides the dealer? Looks like FCPgroton doesn't have seat belts.
